10 iTunes add-ons for Mac and PC users

If you are an iTune user, the following add on list will come handy for both Mac and Windows users.

Lets first check the programs, which should be there on a Mac computer:

Synergy: Synergy is an iTunes utility designed for expanding the graphical display of the standard iTunes feature set. The update adds the ability to display album covers of song titles being played.

Fetch Art for iTunes: Fetch Art allows to automatically download album art from music in iTunes. It uses album art from Amazon.com, and the ID3 tags in the MP3 files to determine the appropriate CD cover to download.

iTunes Monitor: iTunes Monitor displays information for computers connecting to the shared iTunes 4 Music library. It also lists open music files.

iPod Rip: iPodRip helps to transfer music from your iPod back to your iTunes Library, listen to music directly on your iPod (allowing you to save valuable disk space) and lots more. iPodRip supports all iPod Media Types MP3, AAC, Protected AAC

Radio Lover: This helps in recording internet radio streams as MP3 songs, schedule recordings of the daily or weekly shows, record multiple radio streams at the same time, split and organize recordings by song, time or size.

Now lets check the programs from Windows Computer:

G-Force: This is an audio visualization plug-in for media players and can also visualize auxiliary or “line-in” audio. G-Force is intended to entertain on its own, but there are many ways it can be customized and extended.

EvilLyrics: this automatically search for lyrics of the song currently playing in Winamp, and display them in a tiny window. You can also store lyrics for offline viewing. This version supports Windows Media Player, Foobar2000, Sonique, iTunes, Winamp, and RealPlayer.

FoxyTunes: This lets you control most of the media player and find lyrics, covers, videos, bios and lots with a click right from your browser.

Volume Logic: It improves the quality of your music by digitally modifying your audio in real time.

EyeJamz: This program locates album artwork and automatically adds the cover art it’s to the music library. You can play any album from within EyeJamz by just right-clicking an image or hitting the Play.
