(and NOT web browsing and emailing is the criteria! for fast response) still xp seems to be better; some people want speed- but running 5000000 unnecessary services (or microsoft-dedicated) bloats win7 as much as did in vista; it might be faster but I guess when you compare it to a snail. win7? lacking driver support is as bad as in vista… it succesfully recognises a satellite card as audio device!
