1. Click on the Start Button
2. Click on the Run Button
3. Type in the Dialog Box intl.cpl and hit Enter
4. Click the Customize Button in the Standards and formats
5. Change the time format to H:mm:ss and hit OK.
6. Hit OK once more to close Regional and Language Options

I only added a few things that an some people might get lost after you say click start and then you don&#039;t say click run.</description>
