Find and play the files you want in Radioblog.
When using IE I then just open the "temporary internet files" folder and look for the most recent entries and copy or move the respective .rbs file to another location.
Using firefox, I use the cache viewer plug-in to find the latest files and then copy the respective .rbs file to another location. The rename the .rbs file to .mp3. Only disadvantage is that most of the Radioblog files are low quality i.e. only 64 kbs but good enough to play on a pc.
