Thanks for the info. I have a computer that I share and ALTHOUGH the accts I set up are non admin, I have an external storage I do not them to access to add/del/read files. 
I tried to hide it on their accts (but visible on my acct). Tweak hides from everyone, so I will disable tweak when I log on.
