Lately when I got to Control Panel\System and Maintenance\System checked out a "Windows Experience Index" link. When i went through the procedure after clicking the link, I noticed that the Aero feature was enabled. More lately when I noticed that this feature is nothing but a quite buggy overall system performance leak, I found somewhere on the net how to turn it off, and it seems now I don't remember either how I have done it and where was the article. Now I decided to make it up again, but this time I came to this exact lousy place :( First time I set up Vista Ultimate x64 on dual-SLI enabled 3-core AMD PC, aero didn’t run by default.
