Its easier to use the DOS command “ATTRIB”, eg. ATTRIB +H +S Myfolder /S /D

this does the same thing but it’s much quicker.

I think this is also the folder where some components of the conficker virus hide.

Simply place the file you want to hide in the folder and make it a hidden file (right click properties, check “hidden”). The ultra hidden folder will make the file difficult to find when searching through folders and hiding the file makes the file not appear (unless specifically designated to find hidden files) in the search interface in windows.
