The Windows XP Recovery Console is a command line based, advanced diagnostic mode that can help repair major system problems like those that prevent Windows XP from loading.
To enter Recovery Console, you will need to boot from the Windows XP CD.
1. Locate your Windows XP CD and insert it in your primary CD or CD/DVD drive.
2. Turn your PC on or restart your PC if it’s already running.
