How to Search Torrents using Google

We all know that Google is the grand daddy of all search engines, but hardly few of us know that we can search Google for torrents only !! How this is done ? Simple, just follow the steps below

1. Google to http://www.google.com
2. Enter “filetype:torrent †[Replace with torrents name]
3. Hit Search Button

    Slightly modified search for e-books:

    (pdf|chm|zip|rar) (book|ebook|ebooks|books) -bz2 -tar.gz -tgz -rpm -filetype:pdf intitle:”index of” -inurl:(htm|html|asp) (reilly|addison|kluwer|MIT)

    Hello there, I would just like to say i think you should rewrite this little artle as its not very well explained.

    For example:

    1. Google to http://www.google.com
    2. Enter “filetype:torrent †[Replace with torrents name]
    3. Hit Search Button

    Where you have

    2. Enter “filetype:torrent †[Replace with torrents name]

    You will find people saying to themselves “replace what with torrents name? replace filetype:? replace the word torrent? or replace the section within the [ ] section?

    Trust me, this will confuse some readers, so I am just making a little suggestion that you might want to re phrase the sentance.

    But you do have a great site here, keep up the good work.
