Thank you very much for sharing your experience.
I have gone through the steps you had outlined and it works perfectly.

The only negative aspect is that while you are in virtual mode, you cannot go out to your Vista system execpt if you turn off windows xp windows and shut down Win XP

Maybe I am not doing it the right way, but this is the only negative aspect I found so far.
