Simple Firefox Speed Tweak

Topics Firefox on September 10th, 2007

firefoxOver the years I have tried a number of to speed up the browser, some of them work quite well, but this has to be the best one yet, and it is really easy. All you have to do is open ’s hidden configuration menu, to do that go to the address bar and type about: and the settings list opens. Scroll down until you come to Network -next, and if the entry in the Value column reads ‘True’ right-click on it and select (or double click) and it will change to false. It’s that easy! You should now see a noticeable increase in speed when you open pages.
