Hi, folks,

Have recently gotten new machine with Vista and hate it. One of the hardest things is that we can't easily use SEARCH or ADVANCED SEARCH and when we try to find things on the computer, we get so frustrated, we give up.

1. IS THERE A WAY TO RESTORE THE OLDER CLASSIC SEARCH FUNCTION?

2. HOW CAN WE HAVE ADVANCED SEARCH BE THE DEFAULT so we don't have to hunt around to find it? Today we needed to find all files created yesterday, but all we find is that new Google-like search BAR without the Classic ADVANCED SEARCH features, so we can give it the search parameters we need.

The new VISTA SEARCH is a royal pain. We want the old one back! We often have to search by date or other parameter, and we can't even get started on this new Search window. WHERE is the ADVANCED SEARCH? We've looked all over and cannot find it!

HELP? Please!
