Stop automatic filtering of messages in outlook 2007 using gmail account

In case of outlook 2007 when you configure your account with automatic pop3 the problem of auto filtering of your mails received is done by outlook.

But this auto filtering most of the times does not function correctly which results in non junk mails or clean mails are mark as junk and outlook moves them automatically to junk folder.

You can simply fix the wrong filtering as follows:

Windows Vista SP1 Automated System Recovery

The Automated System () is one of the aspects in Vista that has been evolved with the introduction of Vista . A application programming interface, is designed to keep track of and record the of disks and volumes on a system. In the end, comes into play in cases of bare metal scenarios. Ahead of restoring the as well as the associated content including programs and data, will take the disks and volumes to their original state. The Automated System will manage disks in accordance with Critical and non-Critical labels, depending on whether they do or do not contain system state or components.

in Vista and Server 2008 is tightly integrated with the Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) and presents a writer interface, which is a significant change from Server 2003 and XP. During a backup the writer reports metadata describing all the disks and volumes on the system. (more…)

Making Firefox Handle Multiline Pasted

Optimise Firefox for broadband

Believe it or not, is optimised for dial-up connections by default. You need to change some settings to get the browser’s best performance over DSL, cable or other links.

Before you change anything, back up ’s file; return to the page “Better Default Google Search” and scroll down to “Back Up ’s ‘Registry’ ” for details.

Next, open Firefox and press Ctrl, L to place the cursor in the address bar. Type about: and press Enter. Then enter network.http in the filter field. Now make the following changes:

In the field of ‘Preference Name’ choices (click on the thumbnail at right to see the screen), double-click network.http.pipelining to set it to ‘true’. (more…)
