Enable Parental Controls on a Domain Computer

If you are running Vista Ultimate on a domain, you will notice that Parental Controls is disabled by default. In order to utilize Parental Controls so you can limit access to the web, set hours that the account can access the computer, what games can be played and what applications can be run, you will need to enable this functionality.
