Ultimate Extras Announcement

When we launched Vista® in January 2007, we identified Ultimate Extras as a unique series of add-ons that would be available to Vista Ultimate customers. To date, we have released four sets of Extras Hold’Em, 16 Language Packs for the multi-language user interface, Secure Online Key Backup, and ™ Drive Preparation Tool. We want to let our Vista Ultimate customers know that we are actively working to deliver the remaining Extras that we identified in January. Our goal is to provide the highest-quality, most secure and reliable offerings, and as a result we are continuing our work on these offerings. Language Packs in Vista

Vista comes with a lot of different language packs available for download through the Update. Unlike with XP, with Vista you can languages as easily as logging off and logging back on, and each user of the can use his or her preferred language to interact with the PC. This is really great if you have a foreign exchange student at home, if you are learning a new language, or if you just simply want to have some fun! (more…)
