Speed up Internet Explorer 7 by Increasing the Connections Limit

This is an old hack and it’s well documented all over the place so I don’t feel so bad about cutting & pasting the content but nonetheless it was taken from Computerworld.

1. Look in the “” folder in your Start Menu. Anything in that folder is set to start automatically. To remove a program from this folder, simply navigate to the “” folder in your Start Menu, right-click on the item you want to remove, and choose “Delete” from the menu.
