Pimp Your Windows Vista with 4 Visual Tweaks

Vista is without a doubt the most user experience oriented operating system ever to come out of Redmond. , although not as revolutionary and innovative as is applauding it to be, is a new design in terms of graphical user interface and a divergent visual perspective in comparison to Vista’s successor, XP, for that matter. And in addition to the graphical UI, has also the process. failed to deliver the same volume of eye candy to the visuals as it did to , but in terms of small details, it really hits the spot.

And speaking of small details, there are a couple of visual delivered by Andreas Verhoeven, that will really serve to pimp up your desktop. In the screenshots included at the bottom you will be able to observe the details added through the deployment of Glass , Sizer and User Picture. Adjust taskbar preview size for vista

preview in Windows Vista is a great new feature that allows you to quickly see a window without having to fully open it from the . Instead, you can just hover your mouse over the taskbar item and a small preview window will be displayed.

I have been asked many times if it is possible the size of the preview thumbnails. Many have expressed the desire to have larger previews so they can better see the window. Finally, I have found a way.

Using a free utility written by Andreas called Sizer, it is very easy to the preview size. (more…)
