Creating Shortcuts for Switching Between Different Power Plans in Windows 7

Sometimes switching between power plans that maybe difficult. Most notebooks have special function keys to do change brigthness etc. However, a lot of desktop PCs don’t have this feature. So, in this article i will introduce creating shortcuts for switching between power plans in Windows 7. This really speeds up switching between power plans.
