		<description>I got the same thing at first so I did the second option of right clicking on cmd after doing the search feature and running as administrator.....then you type &quot;net user administrator /active:yes&quot; and it&#039;ll work</description>

Also, I can&#039;t degrag or chkdsk from CMD line.
