		<description>I just hooked up a VISTA Ultimate box on my home network.  Web browsing and file transfers were slow to impossible.  After much dicking round with various suggested solutions, (Google is full of hits on this problem), I was able to resolve it by establishing  a static IP, (choose IPv4 in your network connection properties).</description>
