just tonight dell did a scan on my pc because i was having windows explorer shut down on me then re-booting by its self when i just did a complete pc wipe 6-days ago for this. the scan said there were files the pc couldnt fix due to corruped files. but another dell tech. get on the phone and says 2 me, "its adobe reader causing your problem, see the error message". so he deletes all of the adobe reader off my pc. Now i cant view anything. how am i supose 2 view things?? how did this correct the files that were found corruped? maybe adobe reader was reading things wrong because of the corruped files on my hard drive?? I have always had adobe reader and have never had a problem with it. Can you help me? My warrantee is due 2 run out in 30-days. and if i need 2 new hard drives i want dell to pay 4 them, not me. Im running vista supreme, on a dell dimensionE521 32. thank you
