		<description>Thank you so much!!!  That was driving me crazy until I found this page.  I had formatted the computer twice because of this problem.  It was a flash player install plugin that didn&#039;t like Google Chrome that was hanging the system.  I didn&#039;t figure that out until I read this article.</description>
