		<description>The jury is in and they have declared this tweak a dud. XP does not support the claim. The statement in question is &quot;Limit Reservable Bandwidth&quot;. Note that the word is &quot;Reservable&quot;, not &quot;Reserved&quot;. Windows reserves no bandwidth but an application may. Even if this occurs there will be no bandwidth reduction unless it is actively used. This setting determines what bandwidth can be reserved, not what bandwidth is reserved. I have tried this myself with no results.
